- Title: Business Development Manager
- Location: Norwest
- Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday work (compensated with a day off in lieu)
- Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents
- Facilitating sales of house and land packages
- Using the existing database and previous industry contacts to develop new and existing relationships
- Target-driven and money-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and development
- Negotiating deals, sometimes under pressure
- Functioning autonomously while also being a team player
- Professional Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate, particularly in roles focused on developing relationships with agents and winning new business
- Exceptional knowledge of the West Sydney property market from previous roles
- Key Attributes:
- Target-driven and motivated by financial incentives
- Proactive in chasing and developing leads
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
