This advertisement is for a Business Development Manager position with a rapidly growing, award-winning residential builder in Sydney, Australia. The company has a project pipeline worth over $350 million and has established itself as a leading residential builder in New South Wales over the past decade.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Title: Business Development Manager
  • Location: Norwest
  • Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday work (compensated with a day off in lieu)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate agents
    • Facilitating sales of house and land packages
    • Using the existing database and previous industry contacts to develop new and existing relationships
    • Target-driven and money-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and development
    • Negotiating deals, sometimes under pressure
    • Functioning autonomously while also being a team player
Required Experience:
  • Professional Experience:
    • Previous experience in real estate, particularly in roles focused on developing relationships with agents and winning new business
    • Exceptional knowledge of the West Sydney property market from previous roles
  • Key Attributes:
    • Target-driven and motivated by financial incentives
    • Proactive in chasing and developing leads
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
