Building Services Leader - Regional Director

$150 - $250K + bonus + Incentives

The company
Our client is a leading Engineering Consultancy with a strong reputation for design excellence across multiple market sectors throughout Australia.
They continue to expand their strong presence across the country with design professionals of the highest calibre, and this plus a management team who lead from the front, has helped them take an increasing market share within building services. They currently have circa 130 staff in their Sydney office and a growing presence in QLD.
They get involved in a broad range of projects mostly within the traditional areas of, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors. 
The role
Now, with continued success nationwide, my client is ready to expand into the Victorian market and seek an individual who has a good long standing grasp and knowledge of the Melbourne market.

The role will look after existing national clients with presence in Melbourne whilst developing new clients in order to ensure growth within the new marketplace. You will be given a large budget and regular support from an extensive management team to ensure you are successful in the role.
The role reports into the Managing Director of the business, but will operate with a large degree of autonomy (shares will be offered for the turnover of the office in question) and you will be given all the necessary support to assist you in growing the group.
You will build a new team and grow the business with the support of the larger group.
The requirements
  • 15 years + experience within building services - Ideally Melbourne Exp.
  • Strong knowledge of the Melbourne market
  • Well-developed client facing skills
