CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading NSW building contractor to recruit a Building Services Engineer to join their team located on the lower north shore. 

Our client are a market leading builder who not only have a busy project book currently but have an excellent pipeline forecast also. They are well known in the industry for having a strong services team. 

You will work closely with the Building Services Manager, building a strong relationship with the Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of high profile projects. Key project sectors for the business include; Commercial, Health, Education and Data Centres.

In the position of Building Services Engineer, key responsibilities include -

• Providing support to Design Management and Services Management
• Attending design reviews
• Coordination with other services and architects

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Engineer who is looking for short term career progression into a Building Services Manager. As an experienced Services Engineer, you will already have direct experience coming from a tier 1 or tier 2 builder within Australia, with strong technical capabilities - both mechanical and electrical backgrounds will be considered for the role.
