Role Overview:
As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and managing projects within both the private and public sectors. You will leverage your extensive network and expertise to expand our client base, manage project teams, and ensure the successful delivery of diverse projects ranging from schools to hospitals, and complex data centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture existing and new relationships within the Health and Education sector.
  • Lead, grow, and manage a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
  • Oversee operations nationally.
  • Oversee project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans for business growth and client acquisition.
  • Monitor business profitability and manage profit and loss responsibilities effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and solutions to meet their project objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in project management with both head contractor and consultancy experience.
  • Extensive network and connections within the health and education industry, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth.
  • A level of business development and willingness to grow our portfolio.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage profit and loss effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
