Job description

We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well-known design firm, assisting in a busy period and working in a temporary capacity for the month of August, based in an office in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. This firm is acknowledged as a leader in their industry and a company that attracts and retains their staff.   

You will need to have a minimum of 2+ years experience in an administration role, with exposure to the construction, engineering or architecture/design industries.
  
Within this role, you will assist with;

- Reception and Administration duties
- Liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Researching and gathering data and information
- Spreadsheets and reports
- Administration support to the existing small team

Although this is only a temporary role, it is a great foot in the door with a well-known company in an exciting industry with other potential opportunities to follow. You must be available to work Monday - Friday between 7th Aug - 3rd Sep.
