Our clients ae highly reputable and successful Civil and Building Contractors based in Sydney CBD and the Western Suburbs. Our clients have had strong and steady growth over the past couple of years and are seeking Office Administrators with experience within the construction industry.
Your roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Office Management / Administration Duties
- Assisting accounts in AP, AR and Payroll where necessary
- Invoicing and PO's
- Handling inbound phone calls
- Reception Duties
- Processing Orders
- Experience in OH&S will also be beneficial
- Coordinating with the wider team.
- Adhoc Administrative duties
- Minimum 4 years experience within Office Administration/Accounts/Reception
- Experience using various Softwares
- Experience within the construction industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised
- Flexible working
- Street parking available on site / Very accessible via Public Transport
- Competitve Salary - $55K - $80K + Superannuation
