CGC Recruitment are working with a boutique construction company who have been delivering architecturally designed, high-end homes across Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches for over 30 years. Known for their commitment to design and quality, they work on a select portfolio of premium residential projects and with new projects kicking off, they are looking for a working foreman to join the team

Working across projects up to $10m, you'll be the hands on leader on site driving quality, program and safety day to day, while getting on the tools yourself when needed. You will be working alongside a very experienced site manager and project manager to drive the project and deliver the project to a very high detail.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site day-to-day
• Getting hands-on with the tools when required
• Maintaining quality control to the high standard our clients expect
• Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to keep projects on program and on budget
• Enforcing site safety standards and site presentation
• Reading and working from architectural drawings and specifications

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Foreman/Working Foreman on high-end residential builds
• A trade background, with the ability to jump on the tools when the site needs it
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple trades
• A sharp eye for detail and a genuine pride in delivering quality outcomes
• Based in or able to reliably work across the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches
• Current driver's licence and white card
