CGC Recruitment is a specialist recruiter in the construction, engineering, property and design space.
The Company:
Having operating in the Sydney market for over 10 years they have developed a reputation for producing a quality project on time and on budget. With the main bulk of their work within the Fit-out/Refurbishment market they have an established base of both client and subcontractors which they have developed over time.
With a full order book for 2023 already they are going through a significant growth period at the present time and are looking to bring in a tender coordinator to support the estimating team.

Pyrmont Location.
The Role:
- Coordinate with our Estimators to support the delivery of tenders and estimating projects.
- Maintain the tender register and relevant files.
- Prepare tender submissions liaising with estimators, suppliers, and management.
- General administration duties as required to produce winning submissions for a diverse range of projects. (PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 2+ years working in a similar role or within bids or administration for estimating
- Advanced capability with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Accurate and highly attentive to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organisation skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
- A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills to support a diverse set of stakeholders.
- A team player with the ability to work well collaboratively as well as autonomously.
- Experience in construction / office fit out.
