Team Leader - Signalling
  
We are working with a leading international engineering company that have recently won signalling packages on major railway projects in Sydney and Melbourne.
  
Established Team Leader with 15 or more years’ experience required to effectively manage and drive signalling teams.
  
This is a strategic appointment and represents a leadership role based in either Sydney or Melbourne. You will play a central role in managing and also developing the business.

Essential skills:

• Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline
• Extensive experience managing major rail projects and signalling developments with either a contractor or consultant
• Significant relationships with key industry stakeholders in the local rail market
• Proven leadership skills, drive, motivation and will to succeed
