Our client is a leading building contractor, based in the Sydney CBD with amazing views of the Domain parklands. With projects ranging from fit outs and refurbishments to alterations and upgrades, their focus is to deliver quality service. They are highly regarded in the industry, and are currently delivering numerous multi-million dollar projects throughout NSW, including new and development high-rise buildings.
Immediate start, permanent position. 
$120k + Super

The Role:
Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, and working closely with the HRBP, you will be responsible for providing the overall leadership on the recruitment function, with an interest in learning more about HR. 
The role plans, develops, implements and manages the processes and procedures necessary for the smooth and timely operation of the Company’s recruitment function. 

We are currently seeking a career driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist, who has 3 years'minimum agency experience with internal experience (desirable but not essential). You must have come from within Construction or similar.

• General HR functions including Planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the HR Function (trained and mentored on this).
• HR admin
• 360 Recruitment Management
• Induction and Onboarding
• Performance Management 
• Learning and Development

Skills and Experiences:

• 3 years'minimum experience in a recruitment consultant position either in agency or internal
• An interest in HR and being mentored into a Generalist position 
• Career driven, enthusiastic individual
• Good working knowledge of the construction industry.
