Job description
We are looking for an experienced System Support Officer to join our client, an NSW State government agency, on a contractual basis.
The primary purpose of the role of Systems Support Officer is to provide support to the Infrastructure & Construction System Manager with system development activities, maintenance, documentation management and training coordination across the Department.
Key accountabilities:
• Support the Infrastructure & Construction System Manager to collaborate with business and other key stakeholders
• Provide administrative and support services for the system, including updating system documentation, staff development material and internal communications
• Assist with the coordination and delivery of internal training for new starters and existing employees. Train the Trainer experience is highly desirable
• Update and maintain records and databases, complying with systems and processes to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible
• Collect and compile information and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements
Candidate Requirements:
- 10 month contract opportunity with NSW State Government
- 35 hour working week
- Immediate start required
- Offices are based in Coffs Harbour, NSW
- $45 - $52 per hour plus super

Candidate Requirements:
- Eligibility work full-time in Australia
- MUST BE DOUBLE VACCINATED
- Qualifications - Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry experience in business operations, business systems, process improvement with a strong emphasis on project management principals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work independently, meet deadlines and compose correspondence
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Word. Experience with Power Apps is highly desirable.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to drive to and work in remote locations which may include overnight stays.
