The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the fit-out and finishes trades across multiple work fronts while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising all internal fit-out and finishes activities
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard
• Managing trade sequencing and resolving site issues to maintain project momentum
• Driving quality outcomes through inspections, defect management and practical completion
• Working closely with the site team to ensure efficient delivery across the finishing stages
• Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team

About You:

• Proven experience supervising fit-out and finishes on major commercial building projects
• Strong understanding of quality control, programme management and subcontractor coordination
• Experience delivering projects through to completion and handover
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to construction delivery
• Construction White Card and current Australian driver's licence
