CGC Recruitment have the opportunity for you to work in the Marketing and Submissions team for a leading builder who have been established for over 25 years and operate across Australia. This company has a large Construction arm and a large sized Fit Out and refurbishment part of the business.  This award-winning builder secure a majority of their work from repeat business and have a large client portfolio that they are continually winning work from.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Provide submissions coordination and in house graphic design support for EOI's and tenders
• Manage end to end coordination and production of EOI's, tenders and other publications from concept to delivery
• develop sustainable relationships with a key range of stakeholders, both internal and external
• Lead and develop best practice submission guidelines and protocols within the bid team
• establish and maintain tender correspondence filing system
• Market research and conducting reports
• Administering/formatting tender documentation
• Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

To be considered for this role you will come with;

• Degree qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design or related
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
• 3+ years’ proven experience coordinating the production of compliant Expressions of Interest and Tender submissions within a construction environment.
• 3+ years’ experience in communications, publications, desktop graphics and submission preparation/coordination and management.
• Professional writing skills and strong document management
• Industry knowledge within construction is highly regarded!
