Job description
CGC are recruiting an experienced Submissions Coordinator, on behalf of a tier 1 civil contractor located in Brisbane CBD. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced and diverse team, within a global construction organisation.
You will be supporting the Submissions Manager on a large bid, to start as early as next week (Monday 19 November) on a 5 week contract. You will come with experience in a project submissions environment and be a motivated team player.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide submissions coordination and in house graphic design support for EOI's and tenders
- Manage end to end coordination and production of EOI's, tenders and other publications from concept to delivery
- develop sustainable relationships with a key range of stakeholders, both internal and external
- Lead and develop best practice submission guidelines and protocols within the bid team
- establish and maintain tender correspondence filing system
- Market research and conducting reports
- Administering/formatting tender documentation
- Managing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets

To be considered for this role you will come with;
- Degree qualification in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design or related
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Word skills and proficient in MS Office
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
- 3+ years’ proven experience coordinating the production of compliant Expressions of Interest and Tender submissions within a construction environment.
- 3+ years’ experience in communications, publications, desktop graphics and submission preparation/coordination and management.
- Professional writing skills and strong document management
