State Director – Construction Project Management Consultancy.

Our Client, are a National Construction Project Management Consultancy. Due to an internal restructure, coupled with ambitious but realistic growth plans an opportunity has arisen to bring on board a State Lead for their Victorian business.

As a Company, they can boast over 100 Project Managers across Australia and New Zealand.

This is very much a leadership role, we are not looking for someone who can initially be on the coal face delivering projects whilst driving the business forward.

Business Development, full management of the states P&L, implementing strategic growth plans are but a few of the accountabilities of this position.
On offer is a very healthy salary, strong bonus incentives including profit share.

The profile that will succeed:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction and or Property.
• A portfolio of projects on your CV in both the Public and Private sector.
• A track record of successful business development resulting in project wins.
• An excellent reputation in the Victorian market.
• Experience of Business Management.
• A stable career history of working in the Construction Consulting industry.
