A leading contract cleaning organisation which operations across all of Australia as well as New Zealand, are looking to appoint an operations manager to join their business on a permanent basis.

Talking ownership of a team of client services managers, you will be responsible for overall budget management of the portfolio, as well as involved in recruitment, retention and training of staff. You will be a point of escalation for clients, as well being involved in bids and tenders. 

The business operates on a franchisee and sub contractor model, although they do also self deliver on some of their contracts. The CSM's take primary operational management responsibility and oversight of contractors, but this role has a heavy WHS and compliance involvement.

To be successful in this role you will have previous operational management experience, having lead teams across a variety of contracts and been responsible for budgets across large disparate contracts and multiple portfolios.
