An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor with a strong structures background to join a high-performing project team delivering one of WA’s largest and most technically challenging construction projects.
This role is ideally suited to someone who has come through the concrete, structures, formwork or jump form environment and is confident managing large crews, subcontractors and programme-driven structural works on complex commercial or infrastructure projects.
You’ll be joining an established delivery team with strong systems, excellent safety culture and a significant pipeline of work ahead.
Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities across structural and concrete packages
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour and plant on site
- Drive programme and sequencing of works in line with construction milestones
- Oversee formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours and vertical structures
- Maintain strong safety, quality and productivity standards
- Liaise closely with Project Engineers, Site Managers and subcontractors
- Manage site logistics and short-term planning activities
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts and daily coordination meetings
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman on large-scale commercial, civil or infrastructure projects
- Strong background in structures, concrete and formwork delivery
- Jump form or self-climbing formwork experience highly regarded
- Experience working on high-rise, hospitals, major infrastructure or complex builds preferred
- Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and multiple work fronts
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- White Card and relevant construction tickets/licences
