An excellent opportunity for an up-and-coming Site Supervisor to join an established design & construct contractor delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality commercial office fit-outs across the Perth CBD.

Working across projects ranging from $50k to $2m, you'll gain exposure to a variety of fast-paced fit-outs while taking increasing ownership of projects from site establishment through to handover.

The Opportunity

• Manage the day-to-day site delivery of commercial office fit-out projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring works remain on programme.
• Manage site establishment, logistics and sequencing of works.
• Maintain high standards across HSE, quality and compliance.
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues early and work closely with the PM to resolve them.
• Liaise professionally with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Drive projects through to practical completion and handover, ensuring a high-quality finish.

About You

• 2+ years' experience in Site Supervision within commercial construction/fit-out
• Exposure to commercial interiors, refurbishment or fit-out projects
• Strong subcontractor coordination skills
• Good understanding of programme, quality and HSE
• A proactive, hands-on approach
• Ambition to continue developing as a Site Supervisor
