Summary

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a high-performing commercial builder delivering a landmark $100m+ student accommodation development in the CBD.

This is a key role on a major project, offering exposure to a large-scale, technically complex build with a well-resourced team and strong pipeline of future work.

The Role - Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors across multiple work fronts
• Drive programme and ensure milestones are achieved
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance on site
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily pre-starts
• Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues
• Work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and engineering team
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial construction projects
• Experience working on large-scale projects ($50m+) – ideally residential, mixed-use, or accommodation
• Strong knowledge of WA construction practices and site safety requirements
• Ability to manage multiple trades and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
