About the Opportunity

• $5M project that will run from July to December 2026
• 3,600m² premium office fitout across two levels in a landmark CBD tower
• Work alongside an experienced Project Engineer and delivery team
• High-profile client with staged construction in a live occupied environment
• 6-day working week with strong project support and resources

About the Role

• Lead day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, and site logistics
• Drive programme, quality, safety, and productivity outcomes
• Coordinate multiple trades within a live commercial environment
• Conduct site meetings, manage short-term programmes, and track progress
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, building management, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For

• Proven Site Supervisor / Site Manager experience on high-end commercial fitout projects
• Strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience managing occupied or live environment projects
• Sound knowledge of safety, quality, and construction methodologies
• Ability to drive programme outcomes and maintain excellent site culture
• Proficient in construction scheduling and project management systems
