Our client is a well-established and highly regarded commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale mixed-use, residential and retail developments across Western Australia.
They are currently delivering several significant projects across the education, healthcare, hospitality, retail, government and mixed-use sectors, typically ranging in value from $40M to $100M, with secured work extending through to 2028.

About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Based in Perth Metro, you will coordinate subcontractors, oversee daily site operations and work closely with the Project Manager to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on commercial construction projects from site establishment through to practical completion.
- Coordinate and lead subcontractors and site teams to ensure project milestones, budgets and quality standards are achieved.
- Prepare detailed work schedules and monitor progress against the construction programme.
- Conduct daily pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and weekly coordination meetings.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project drawings, engineer designs, manufacturer specifications, the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.
- Review designs and construction details, identifying issues and recommending practical solutions where required.
- Liaise closely with project managers, consultants, designers and structural engineers to resolve site challenges and maintain programme.
- Verify that all construction materials comply with engineering design, standards and specifications.
- Manage quality assurance and quality control processes, including the preparation and administration of ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans).
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health and safety, enforcing PPE requirements and ensuring all site activities are carried out safely.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers to proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact programme or quality.
- Complete site inspections, defect management and progress reporting to ensure successful project delivery.
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple trades effectively.
- Current White Card.
- Relevant trade or construction qualifications preferred.
