Site Supervisor 
 
Some travel is included in the role for certain projects
Accommodation will be paid for when you are travelling 
Predominately fit out and refurb projects, some construction 
Commercial, retail, hospitality projects 

Salary up to $150k package

The Role:

• Supervise and direct a team of workers, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is carried out effectively and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Provide adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations and safety needs
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders with updates and addressing project requirements
• Train and mentor new workers and provide guidance and support
• Enforce safety protocols by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures to mitigate risks
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established specifications
• Generate accurate and timely reports on work progress, incidents, productivity, and other relevant information

 
 
What you'll need to be successful in the role:

• Ideally 2yrs + in a similar role  
• Be able to show stability on your CV 
• Degree qualified
• The right attitude
