As a Site or Project Engineer (we are open to both levels depending on your experience), you will join an established, collaborative project team on the Gold Coast. You will take true personal ownership of major packages, working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to drive high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Package Management: Drive the end-to-end management of structural, civil, or high-spec fit-out packages.
- Quality & Programming: Ensure all works comply with strict design specifications, maintaining our commitment to "Do It Once, Do It Right."
- Subcontractor Management: Lead and coordinate trade partners on-site, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Financial Control: Track procurement, manage variations, and assist with monthly cost forecasting and reporting.
- Safety Leadership: Actively champion ADCO’s Safer by Choice culture on-site daily.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- For Site Engineer level: 2 to 4 years of experience delivering commercial, health, or education projects within Australia.
- Previous experience with a builder is key
- For Project Engineer level: 4+ years of experience managing complex structures, civil packages, or institutional builds locally.
- Strong commercial acumen and a highly proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative mindset—someone who values a supportive team dynamic and thrives in a positive site culture.
