Site Safety Advisor - TMR Roads - Central QLD with

CGC Brisbane looking immediately for an experienced Safety Advisor for a project in Central QLD

This is for a key TMR roads programme

We are considering people for permanent, fixed term contract and FIFO options (incl. flights / accommodation) due to the location

Key responsibilities;

Performing all OH&S activities on site
Liaising with all departments on site and the client
Supervision of all site activity in relation to corporate OH&S
Client liaisons on site, via representatives
Co-ordinate and plan safety schedule with respective site teams and Project Managers
Ensure all works are carried out within project budget and specification

Ideal candidate;

All appropriate QLD Safety Supervisory Certificates / Qualifications
TMR construction experience working on main road, bridge and earthworks projects
Ideally, at least 5 years' experience working on Civil projects
Managed previous projects to $30m in value and above
Candidates should have experience managing multiple subcontractors and crews on site
Ability to read and interpret construction programs and identify key stages within the project
