The Role:
Their Adelaide operation has been particularly busy and they have been rewarded for their hard work by securing a land mark project in the Adelaide metro and they are looking for a Site Manager on a Permanent basis. You'll be responsible for managing a team of Foreman (Structures/Finishers/ Facade)  
 
The Project: 
As the Site Manager your first project will be to deliver a $110m - CBD project which a full demolition/rebuild.
 
This well established builder are in need of a Senior Site Manager to join their team and what they offer in return is a long career with challenging projects.
 
Your Background: 

• A trade background
• A minimum of 10 years experience delivering your own projects
• A strong Commercial/residential background
• Experience managing IR and HR Systems.
• CBD EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED
• Stability on your CV
• Able to write your own programmes
• Good communicator
• Able to manage a team
• Able to mentor the younger Foreman
• Be well presented as you will be dealing with the client
