The Role
After winning a couple of key projects the State Manager has decided to grow the team and is in need of an experienced Site Manager. You will be part of an experienced team working alongside an experienced Project Manager and a competent Foreman or a Leading Hand that you will be responsible for.

The project you will be running will be an $6M retail project so experience in this field is ideal.
 
Required Experience

• At least 5 year's experience running your own projects 
• Have a strong commercial/retail  background with a tier 2 builder
• Experience delivering projects of $5M plus
• Stability on your CV is essential
• Able to programme and organise your sub-contractors well
