A multi service provider of outsourced facilities management are seeking an experienced cleaning manager to lead a contract at a prestigious independent school in Melbourne inner suburbs.
The business has held the contract for a number of years, and whilst not their biggest or most high profile contract, is certainly a very important one for the organisation. You will take responsibility for around 35 cleaners managing all rostering and payroll. There is no P&L or budget responsibility for this position but you are expected to manage hours and consumables, as well as spotting opportunities for extra works.
This role would suit an experienced cleaning services professional who has lead small teams, recruited and trained team members and ideally has exposure to the education sector. Equally it might be well suited to somebody who has held more senior positions and is looking for a bit of a step down in scale, but still with the high attention to detail.
