Experienced Site Manager required in Brisbane - working for a known and successful Residential and Commercial builder 

The role involves supervising high end, multi million dollar townhouse projects around the city and surrounding suburbs.

This is a site based role - involving accurate planning, scheduling and management of all on-site trades & sub contractors.  You will be operating autonomously, but also under the supervision and guidance of your experienced Construction Manager.  You will be involved throughout the entire project from inception through to completion and handover, including finishes and minor defects. Operating to a high standard of safety and Quality is paramount.

We are looking for someone very well organised, experienced, and prepared put the hours in as and when required to ensure completion on time and budget.

Ideal background:

- Trades background in Carpentry, Building or similar

- A capable Site Manager working on similar Residential / Townhouse projects circa $10-15m total
- Previously worked for an established QLD builder

- Motivated, passionate and committed individual

- Approachable and a good communicator
