Job description
A traditional QLD builder who have been established for over 60 years and an excellent name throughout QLD with multiple offices located throughout. They are known for mainly delivering Age care and health projects from a value of $1M to $40M.
With several successful projects about to land they are looking for two Site manager, one for Port Macquarie the other for Newcastle.
both projects are around the $16m with a program of some 12 to 18 months so we are looking for Site manager who are prepared to join them for the duration of the projects, projects there after will depend on workload. Happy to look at someone on a "Fit Term Contract".
We are looking for Site manager based in the local Area, Newcastle and or Port Macquarie coupled with experience in being the lead Manager / Foreman on project of $10m in the health, Education or commercial projects.

- Come from a trade background
- Previous experience with known builders in NSW/QLD
- Proven history of delivering projects of $15M plus
- Agecare or health experience is preferred but not essential
- Lead from the front
- Able to manage a large team
