Site Manager - Contract - 14 weeks
Company
A builder who have been established for 25 years who operate in NSW, Victoria and QLD are known for delivering Commercial and Industrial projects from a value of $1M to $130M.
The company in question has two divisions which consists of a construction arm and a fit out and refurbishment arm, they are one of the main players in the tier 2 category for Fit Out and have one of the best reputations around
Project
The project is based in the Penrith area and involves a full refurbishment of medical suits. The work includes full internal works including slab cutting to lay services. The project will run for 14 weeks roughly and will lead onto another project following completion

Person
- Site Manager
- Experience running sites 1 million plus
- Work on a hourly rate basis
- Either ABN TFN OR LTD
- Carpentry background is preferred
- Good Safety knowledge
- Good Team player
Rate
The rate will be paid hourly and will be in the region of $60-$70ph depending on the candidates experience
