Our client is a well-established privately owned property and construction group with a long-standing reputation for developing, building and managing premium residential and commercial assets. With an experienced in-house team overseeing projects from planning and design through to construction and delivery, they are recognised for delivering high-quality developments across Sydney.

Due to the commencement of a prestigious $15 million architecturally designed residence in Vaucluse, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team and lead the construction phase of this flagship project.

Salary: Up to $200,000 + Super
Location: Vaucluse, Sydney
Start Date: Late July / Early August 2026
Project Duration: Approximately 18 Months

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a landmark luxury home from commencement through to completion. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site leadership, subcontractor coordination, programme management, quality control and safety performance on a highly detailed bespoke residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all daily site operations and construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Drive programme adherence and achieve project milestones.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all stages of construction.
• Lead site safety and compliance requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with architects, engineers and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction sequencing, logistics and productivity.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges proactively.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Trade-qualified background (Carpentry preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering luxury architecural design homes valued at $10 million+.
• Demonstrated experience managing architecturally designed residential projects.
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent subcontractor management and leadership skills.
• Sound knowledge of WHS requirements and construction best practice.
• Ability to maintain programme while delivering exceptional workmanship.
