We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a carpentry background to join a growing construction team delivering a $5m new build project next to Centennial Park.
  
You will be working closely with the Project Manager to drive programme, quality, and subcontractor coordination.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour to maintain programme and quality targets
• Deliver projects in line with construction schedules and budgets
• Supervise high-end finishes and detailed architectural elements
• Oversee heritage façade retention and structural interface works
• Ensure all works comply with WHS regulations, building codes, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout all stages of construction
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and project managers
• Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and procurement schedules
• Foster a professional, organised, and safety-focused site culture

Requirements

• Trade-qualified carpenter with strong hands-on construction knowledge
• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Foremen on luxury residential new builds
• Experience delivering projects valued up to $5 million
• Previous exposure to heritage restoration or façade retention projects highly regarded
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes and residential construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Strong commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
• White Card and relevant site safety certifications
• Current driver’s licence
