residential builder based in Sydney’s Inner West. Renowned for delivering high-end Class 1 & 2 projects up to $25M, this builder has built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail across Sydney and the Southern Highlands. With an experienced and well-structured team across both office and site, they continue to deliver exceptional projects in the luxury residential space.

The Project:
This opportunity is for a $12M luxury development located in Mosman, comprising five large high-end apartments. The project involves a complex renovation, adaptation, and heritage façade, requiring a skilled Site Manager with strong technical and coordination capabilities.

The Role:
As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and liaise closely with the project team.

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering Class 2 apartment projects circa $10M+
  • Strong background managing complex builds, ideally including refurbishments or heritage elements
  • Trade or carpentry background preferred
  • Ability to drive programme, manage trades, and maintain high-quality finishes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday, with a rotating Saturday roster
