Our client has grown significantly over the past 3 years and currently turns over approx. $200M nationally and employ a workforce of close to 120 people who work across NSW, QLD and VIC. They deliver a mixture of D & C, construction management and lump sum contracts across educational, aged care, commercial and health and government.
 
Their Sydney office have recently secured 4 new projects and they are in need of a Site Manager to join the team.

Reporting into Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the day to day safety, quality and programme to ensure that project milestones are met. 

This will include:

• Day to day management and coordination of all subcontractors on site
• Ensure BCA Compliance for each project
• Ensure site safety and review the SWMS and Safety Data Sheets
• Carry out daily site inductions in accordance with OHS requirements
• Daily inductions and set up of site office
• Preparation of dilapidation reports
• Quality control
• Ensure productivity, efficiency and timeframes are being met onsite

Desired Skills and Experiences

• New build exp on projects $5m +
• Stability with previous employers is key
• Hold relevant qualifications within carpentry
• Possess a strong attention to detail
• Be professional, act with integrity and have good communication and presentation skills
• A current first aid certificate
• A current drivers license
• Computer proficiency would be a strong advantage

This position will suit candidates who have experience working on health or education projects . Salary will depend on previous experience.
