We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established mid-tier commercial construction business delivering high-quality commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across Perth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple concurrent projects, working in fast-paced environments, and delivering complex commercial spaces to a high standard.

Unlike traditional single-site roles, you will be responsible for overseeing 2–3 active projects at any one time, typically ranging in value from $2M to $10M, depending on stage and scope.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site delivery across multiple fit out/refurbishment projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and site programming across concurrent works
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards
• Liaise closely with Project Managers and internal delivery teams
• Drive site safety, compliance, and defect-free handover outcomes
• Manage site reporting, coordination, and progress tracking

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit out or refurbishment
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong subcontractor management and coordination skills
• Ability to work in live environments and tight programme schedules
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving ability
• Trade background or construction qualification highly regarded
