Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
- Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental requirements
- Monitor project program, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain quality control and ensure works meet specifications
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and school representatives
- Prepare site reports and manage project documentation
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, government, or education projects
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades effectively
- Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and compliance
- Relevant qualifications in construction or a trade background preferred
- 4–6 month contract with immediate start (or negotiable)
