Site Manager – School Infrastructure Project

 Berry, NSW
 4–6 Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a school infrastructure project in the surroundings of Berry, NSW. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a meaningful project that will support the local community.

About the Role as Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and maintain strong communication with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
  • Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental requirements
  • Monitor project program, budgets, and timelines
  • Maintain quality control and ensure works meet specifications
  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and school representatives
  • Prepare site reports and manage project documentation
About You
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, government, or education projects
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades effectively
  • Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and compliance
  • Relevant qualifications in construction or a trade background preferred
