They are well known for operating in the Commercial, Educational and Age Care sectors but are also regularly take on projects in challenging and technical areas which is sometimes outside of their comfort zone, they do this so that their employees are constantly learning new skills.

Based out of the Ballina office the Site Manager will be required to oversee the delivery of a $15M school. Working with a Leading Hand and Labourer you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day activities ensuing that quality, programme and safety are monitored.
We are looking for a true site manager, someone that can take full control over the project and coordinate and drive trades and site staff. You will have a good understanding of project financials, buildability, and should be able to foresee problems and rectify them to keep the programme on track.
- Carpentry trade with management/coordination experience on lux resi projects
- Ability to plan, coordinate and manage sub-contractors
- Ability to interpret drawings and programmes and develop short term programmes
- Good communication and an intermediate level of computer literacy
