About the Role
 
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build retail project in Inverell.
 
Working as the No.1 Site Manager, you’ll take ownership of the project from site establishment through to completion, coordinating trades, subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality outcome.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day delivery of the new-build project
  • Manage civil works, structures and general construction activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site logistics
  • Drive program, sequencing, quality and project milestones
  • Maintain a strong safety culture across the site
  • Liaise confidently with the client, consultants and project stakeholders
  • Manage site documentation, inspections, ITPs and defects
  • Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively
About You
  • Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on new-build commercial projects
  • Strong background in civil works and structural construction
  • Retail experience highly regarded
  • Strong safety focus with a proven commitment to site compliance
  • Confident communicator with strong client and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to lead subcontractors and keep a project moving
  • Comfortable working regionally and managing a project with a high degree of autonomy
  • Available for a 24-week contract
