CGC Recruitment is partnering with a well-established high-end residential and commercial builder, who have been delivering quality projects across NSW for over 10 years. With multiple projects currently underway and a new $5m residential build set to commence in Greenwich in the coming weeks, our client is looking to bring an experienced Site Manager into the team.

This is a great opportunity to take the lead on a high-end new build, backed by the support of an experienced Construction Manager and trades team.

To apply for this role, you must have solid structures experience.

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day running of a $5m high-end residential new build in Greenwich
• Oversee structural works from the ground up, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage
• Coordinate and manage trades and subcontractors on site
• Deliver the project to a high-end finish standard
• Manage site programming, sequencing, and site safety
• Liaise closely with the Construction Manager to ensure the project stays on program and on budget
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout construction, from structure through to finishes
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and relevant building codes

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential and/or commercial projects
• Solid, hands-on experience delivering structural works on new builds
• Strong background delivering high-end finishes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, comfortable managing trades and subcontractors
• Well organised, with strong attention to detail and quality control
