Job description
Award-winning regional builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of a 9-month residential construction project in Cooma, NSW.
The project comprises 8 new-build duplexes within a single estate, providing an excellent opportunity for a capable No.1 Site Manager to manage the development from groundworks through to final completion.

The Role
- Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations
- Manage construction across all 8 duplexes
- Drive programming, sequencing and trade coordination
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and site logistics
- Maintain strong WHS and quality standards
- Monitor progress and keep works aligned with program
- Manage defects, finishes and final handover
- Liaise with the Project Manager, subcontractors and key stakeholders
- Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager
- Strong residential or multi-residential construction background
- Experience managing multiple dwellings or projects concurrently
- Confident reading plans and managing construction sequencing
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Organised, hands-on and capable of working autonomously
- Regional NSW experience highly regarded
- 9-month minimum contract
- 8 new-build duplexes on one estate
