An established head contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of an $1.5M multi-residential project in Nyngan, NSW.

The project comprises three single-storey dwellings on a flat site, offering a straightforward build and an opportunity to take a project from mobilisation through to completion.

The Opportunity

• $1.5M multi-residential development
• 3 single-storey dwellings
• Flat, straightforward site
• Approx. 8-month contract
• No.1 Site Manager position
• Start-to-finish responsibility
• Strong focus on program, quality and safety

About You

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager
• Strong background in residential or multi-residential construction
• Able to confidently manage trades, subcontractors and site logistics
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programming
• Hands-on, organised and capable of working autonomously
• Regional experience highly regarded
