Partnering closely with an experienced Project Manager and project Director, you will manage everything from structures through to high-end finishes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and program execution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a comprehensive on-site team, including Foremen, Leading Hands, and a premium subcontractor network.
- Driving the construction program, coordinating logistics across a complex, multi-tower footprint.
- Managing strict OH&S compliance, maintaining a gold-standard safety culture on site.
- Conducting rigorous quality assurance checks across both structural elements and detailed commercial/residential fit-outs.
- Solving complex technical constraints on-site with proactive, commercial solutions.
This is a high-stakes, fast-moving project that requires a Site Manager who thrives under pressure and loves a complex logistical challenge.
- Proven Experience: A solid track record as a Site Manager delivering major structures ($50M+ minimum, mixed-use or multi-residential tower experience is highly regarded).
- Tradelink or Tertiary Background: A sharp eye for detail, backed by a carpentry trade background or a relevant degree (Construction Management/Engineering).
- Strong Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the natural ability to command respect on-site, manage subbies firmly but fairly, and drive a cohesive culture.
- Tech-Savvy & Program-Driven: Strong understanding of modern construction software, scheduling, and sequencing.
