The role – Site Manager - $80M education project
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead a significant $80 million education project located in Coomera, set to commence construction in August. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, with a strong focus on delivering quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Lead and manage on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and safe working environment.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement best practices in safety and sustainability, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a site management role, particularly with large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of the education sector and associated requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
• Previous experience delivering projects of $40m plus
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
• Trade background
• Come from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 background
