The development features high-end inner-city residences, premium ground-floor retail/F&B spaces, and an exclusive, luxury rooftop oasis complete with wellness amenities.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to take full accountability for the on-site delivery of this signature project. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and ensure the build is executed safely, on time, to budget, and to an uncompromised level of finish.

- Drive the daily on-site operations and sub-contractor programs to hit critical path milestones.
- Enforce a culture of strict safety compliance, ensuring zero-harm site environments.
- Manage rigorous quality assurance (QA) frameworks, ensuring finishes align with premium architect specifications.
- Resolve intricate structural and architectural site variations effectively.
- Coordinate materials delivery, plant management, and site logistics in a tight inner-city footprint.
- Mentor and supervise assistant site managers, leading hands, and direct site personnel.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a standalone Site Manager delivering multi-level, medium-to-high-rise residential or commercial projects valued between $20M – $50M.
- Inner-City Experience: Demonstrated success navigating strict site logistics, traffic management, and council regulations in tight urban environments (e.g., Fortitude Valley, Brisbane CBD, or similar).
- Trade or Tertiary Background: Relevant carpentry trade qualification or a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
- Licensing: Current Open Builder's Licence (QBCC) or ability to obtain one is highly preferred, alongside a valid White Card.
- Leadership Style: A firm but fair leadership approach with strong negotiation skills and an eye for architectural detail.
