A well-established builder that continues to go from strength to strength. With a highly experienced and well-connected leadership team, a strong project pipeline, and more work available than they can currently take on, we're looking to appoint experienced Site Managers to join the business.

Delivering a diverse range of commercial new build projects valued between $6M-$20M, you'll work across government and private sector developments throughout Sydney and surrounding areas. 

This is an opportunity for proactive, hands-on Site Managers who enjoy taking ownership of projects, leading teams from the front, and driving outcomes on site within a business that looks after them!

Offering support, strong relationships, and continued project wins, we're looking to chat with Site Managers seeking a good home.

What's required?

• Experience as a Site Manager working on new build construction projects
• Experience with out-of-the-ground construction 
• Ability to manage multiple trades and on site safety 
• Good communicator, both verbally and in writing 
• A good knowledge of general technology and systems for reporting
• Ability to manage sites safely and correctly over $5M
