A national head contract builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a premium commercial fit out & refurbishment project on Bourke Street, Melbourne CBD.
This is a 6-month contract opportunity to lead the delivery of a circa $2.3m multi-level workplace fit out and refurbishment.
Requirements:

This is a 6-month contract opportunity to lead the delivery of a circa $2.3m multi-level workplace fit out and refurbishment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
- Relevant construction qualifications
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction and site operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Trade background highly regarded
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor programme, quality, and site performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Drive project delivery to programme and budget
