The Role
You will take ownership of projects from site establishment through to completion, managing trades, programme coordination, safety, and day-to-day site operations end-to-end.
Working closely with Project Managers and internal delivery teams, you will oversee multiple trades within live construction environments while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

- Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and trades onsite
- Drive programme, quality, and safety outcomes
- Work across commercial fit outs, retail roll outs, and refurbishment projects
- Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure works are delivered within live and fast-paced environments
- Join a reputable and expanding Sydney builder with a strong industry presence
- Secure pipeline of planned works across Sydney and metro areas
- Majority Monday–Friday projects
- No overloading, annual reviews to support growth, and flexibility when needed.
- Strong internal support systems and operational structure
- Exposure to premium projects up to $20M
- Long-term career growth within an expanding business
- Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction or fit out - 3 years+
- Strong understanding of all construction trades and sequencing
- Experience delivering projects within live environments highly regarded
- Ability to manage fast-paced programmes and multiple subcontractors
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Construction Management degree or similar highly desired
