Fit-Out Site Manager (Contract – 8 Weeks)

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager for an 8-week commercial fit-out project based in Frenchs Forest. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running and drive the project through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and trades
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure program deadlines are met
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and progress meetings
• Liaise with project managers, clients, and suppliers
• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing commercial fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and sequencing
• Ability to manage tight timelines and fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• White Card (essential)
• First Aid (preferred)
