A well-regarded NSW commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a live educational project on the Central Coast.
This $5.5M project is a key role overseeing a fast-paced program within an operational environment, requiring a confident professional who can manage programming, safety, and day-to-day operations while maintaining strong engagement with clients and stakeholders.
The project involves the fit-out and refurbishment of an existing building, along with the construction of a new standalone administration office.

The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations across all phases of the project
- Oversee fit-out and refurbishment works within an existing live environment
- Deliver a new build administration office building from ground up
- Drive and maintain detailed construction programming and sequencing
- Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, and site activities
- Ensure strict WHS compliance and high-quality delivery standards
- Lead site reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman and/or Site Manager with a head contractor
- Strong background in programming, site safety, and overall operations
- Proven experience delivering fit-out/refurbishment and new build projects
- Demonstrated ability to work in live environments with minimal disruption
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing client and stakeholder relationships on site
- 6-month contract on a Central Coast educational project
- Immediate start available
