Opportunity
A nationally recognised head contract builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a premium commercial fit out & refurbishment project located in the heart of the CBD (Collins St).
This is a 4-month minimum contract role where you will take full ownership as the lead Site Manager, delivering a circa $1.5m multi-level spec suite upgrade and fit out.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager with a head contractor
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Trade background (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing) highly desirable
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the fit out project, ensuring delivery within budget, timeline, and client specifications
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution
- Monitor site progress and quality, conducting regular inspections and resolving issues promptly
- Lead, manage, and motivate site teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
